    Itinerary

    Day 1 – Airport to Pinnawala to Kandy

    Arrive in Sri Lanka and meet your representative, who will assist you with your transfer to Kandy, the cultural heart of the island. En route, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where abandoned and injured elephants are lovingly cared for. Watch them being fed and bathed before they head to the river—an unforgettable and heartwarming experience. Continue through scenic hill country to Kandy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site nestled among misty mountains and a tranquil lake. Enjoy a guided city tour including the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, visit a Gem Museum showcasing Sri Lanka’s famed sapphires, and end the evening with a vibrant cultural dance show. Overnight stay in Kandy.
