Read the Terms & Conditions before you proceed to use our website for bookings:-
- Before booking, please carefully read this user agreement between you and Go Escapio.In. The booking conditions may differ depending on whether you are booking a 'package' or 'other travel arrangements.
- When you make a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept, and do accept, these conditions on your behalf and on behalf of all members of your party. Additionally, if you are booking for more than one person, you are responsible for all payments due from each member of the party for whom you are making the booking.
- If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site in any way or make a booking. All correspondence regarding customer service or your booking should be sent to Go Escapio, AIHP Signature, 418-419, Udyog Vihar, Phase-4, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122015. - A package consists of at least two of the following components: (a) transport, (b) accommodation, or (c) another significant tourist service. These components must be sold to you simultaneously at an inclusive price, with full payment made to Go Escapio. Any other arrangements, such as booking air tickets alone, booking air tickets and accommodation separately, cruises, or packages arranged by third-party tour operators where we act as their agents, are considered other travel arrangements.
- If you book a package, your contract is with Go Escapio. A contract is established once you complete and sign our booking form, confirm that you have read and understood the booking conditions on our website, or make the appropriate payment, and we issue our confirmation invoice. If you book other travel arrangements, Go Escapio acts as a booking agent, and your contract is with the relevant supplier(s) (such as the airline, hotel, cruise operator, or tour operator). The booking conditions of that supplier will also apply. Note that some terms and conditions below apply only if you have booked a package.
- All contracts with Go Escapio and any matters arising from them are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
- The person making the booking, who must be 18 or older, accepts these conditions on behalf of all party members and is responsible for all payments due from the party.
Applicability:
This User Agreement, along with the Terms of Service (collectively referred to as the 'User Agreement'), outlines the terms and conditions for using Go Escapio’s services and products.
Any person ('User') who inquiries about or purchases Go Escapio products or services through its websites, sales representatives, offices, call centers, agents, or other sales channels (collectively referred to as 'Sales Channels') agrees to be governed by this User Agreement. The websites of Go Escapio are collectively referred to as the 'Website.'
The User and Go Escapio are individually referred to as a 'Party' and collectively as the 'Parties' to the User Agreement.
The 'Terms of Service,' available on Go Escapio's website, outline the terms and conditions applicable to various services or products provided by Go Escapio. Users should refer to the specific Terms of Service relevant to the product or service they have booked. These Terms of Service are binding on the User.
Eligibility to Use:
Users must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into an agreement to use Go Escapio’s services. If you are a minor or under 18, you should not register as a User of the Website or transact on it.
If you are a minor and wish to use or transact on the Website, it must be done by a legal guardian or parent. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and/or block access to the Website if we discover that you are a minor or legally incompetent to contract, or if any age-related information provided during account creation is false.
Before using the Website, interacting with any Sales Channels, or procuring Go Escapio’s services, Users must read and understand this User Agreement. By doing so, Users accept this Agreement as a binding document governing their dealings and transactions with Go Escapio. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use Go Escapio’s services or access its Sales Channels
The rights and liabilities of the User and Go Escapio concerning any services or products provided by Go Escapio are limited to the scope of this User Agreement.
Content:
All content provided through various Sales Channels, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons, and similar materials ('Content'), is owned by Go Escapio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not use this Content for any purpose other than as specified herein.
Users agree to adhere to all instructions provided by Go Escapio regarding the use of Content.
The Website and other Sales Channels may display proprietary logos, service marks, and trademarks belonging to Go Escapio. Users are not granted any license, right, or authority to use these proprietary logos, service marks, or trademarks in any manner. Unauthorized use of Content will constitute a violation of applicable laws.
Payment Options
Online Card Payments:
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. Rest assured, your card information remains secure, as the transaction is directly authorized by your bank without passing through us. Within approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection), your bank will provide an authorization code and confirmation of the transaction's completion.
Go Escapio uses the latest encryption technology and advanced methods to protect your credit card information. Our website uses SSL encryption, the standard for secure online transactions, ensuring that your credit card details are not retained by us. This level of security often surpasses that of credit card transactions in physical locations, such as restaurants. You can trust that Go Escapio maintains the highest standards of online security to ensure your shopping experience is private, safe, and secure.
If your credit card payment is declined, you must provide alternative payment instructions to Go Escapio at least 72 hours before the departure time; otherwise, your order may be canceled.
Please note that Go Escapio charges a service fee on all domestic airline bookings. This service fee is non-refundable in the event of a booking cancellation.
Internet Banking:
If you have an account with any participating bank, you can pay for your booking using the bank's net banking options, with the amount being automatically debited from your account. Go Escapio processes payments through an online gateway system, ensuring safe and secure transactions.
Transaction Confirmation:
You should not act on any information from the Website until you have received confirmation of your transaction. If you are expecting a confirmation email and do not receive it within the expected time frame, first check your 'spam' or 'junk' folder to ensure it hasn't been misdirected. If you still cannot find it, please contact our call center for assistance.
Booking, Amendment & Cancellation Policy:
- All bookings made through Go Escapio are subject to cancellation charges imposed by the airline, which can vary based on the flight and booking class. Go Escapio's own cancellation service charges, as detailed on the ticket, will apply in the event of a flight cancellation initiated by the customer or the airline.
- Convenience fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Certain bookings may be non-refundable according to the specific airline’s policy.
- Some bookings may not allow partial cancellations, depending on the airline’s policy.
- To cancel a booking, please email Go Escapio. In some cases, you may need to contact the airline directly.
- Amendment charges applied by Go Escapio may vary based on the airline's policies, which depend on flight timings and booking class.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of the journey, we recommend contacting the airline directly. Afterward, please submit your cancellation request on our website for processing refunds.
- Go Escapio is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or amendments made by the airline.
- If you amend your booking and reschedule, the original booking will be modified. Any cancellation of the original booking will also affect the rescheduled booking.
- Refunds for cancellation requests will be processed promptly upon receipt. If you cancel directly through the airline, refunds will be processed after deducting airline charges and Go Escapio’s service charge. All refunds are subject to the airline’s or service provider’s refund processing policies. Please note that convenience fees charged at the time of booking are non-refundable.
- For international bookings, if you are marked as a no-show for the outbound sector, you will also be considered a no-show for the return sector (if issued under a single PNR). In such cases, please contact the airline directly before being marked as a no-show.
- Tickets issued by Go Escapio are valid for one year from the date of issuance or for the period specified by the airline’s policy.
Refund Policy:
- Go Escapio will process refunds only after receiving a cancellation request or claim from the customer via email or call to our customer support.
- Refunds for canceled air tickets will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method once we receive the refund amount from the airline.
- Go Escapio will process the refund within 72 hours of receiving it from the airline, hotel, transporter, or other suppliers.
- Due to banking procedures, refunds to credit cards may take up to 72 hours, while net banking transactions may take up to 7 days to process.
Refunds in cases where Airlines/Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt:
- Go Escapio shall not be liable to provide any refunds in cases where airlines or hotels cease operations or declare insolvency.
- Customers should not hold Go Escapio responsible for refunds in such situations. If an airline or hotel closes its operations or becomes insolvent, Go Escapio is not obligated to issue refunds based on assurances made at the time of booking.
- While Go Escapio may occasionally process refunds based on assurances from airlines, hotels, or suppliers, we reserve the right to recover any refunded amounts if the airline, hotel, or supplier subsequently shuts down, becomes non-operational, or declares bankruptcy.
Right to Cancel:
The User agrees to provide accurate and valid information when using the Website under this User Agreement and to avoid any misrepresentation of facts. Failure to comply may result in the User being unable to access Go Escapio's services.
If Go Escapio discovers or suspects at any time, either during or after a service request, that the request is unauthorized, the information provided is incorrect, or any facts have been misrepresented, Go Escapio reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against the User, including canceling bookings without prior notice. In such cases, Go Escapio will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the cancellation of bookings or services.
If any judicial, quasi-judicial, investigative agency, or government authority directs Go Escapio to cancel a booking, Go Escapio will comply without consulting the affected User.
The User will not hold Go Escapio responsible for any loss or damage arising from actions taken to protect its own interests and those of its genuine customers, including the denial or cancellation of bookings due to suspected fraudulent transactions.
Limited Liability of Go Escapio:
Unless Go Escapio explicitly acts as a reseller in specific cases, Go Escapio primarily serves as a facilitator by connecting Users with various service providers, such as airlines, hotels, restaurants, and bus operators (collectively referred to as 'Service Providers'). Go Escapio's responsibility is limited to providing Users with a confirmed booking as selected.
Any issues or concerns encountered by the User while using these services are the sole responsibility of the Service Provider. Go Escapio is not liable for any acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence by any Service Provider.
Unless explicitly committed by Go Escapio as a part of any product or service:
- Go Escapio assumes no responsibility for the quality of services provided by the respective Service Providers.
- Go Escapio does not guarantee the quality or suitability of services as represented by the Service Providers.
- Go Escapio does not guarantee the availability of any services listed by a Service Provider.
By making a booking, the User acknowledges that Go Escapio merely provides a technology platform for booking services and products. The ultimate responsibility for the service rests with the respective Service Provider, not Go Escapio. Therefore, the contract of service is between the User and the Service Provider.
The User further acknowledges that the information displayed on the Website regarding any service is provided by the Service Provider. Consequently, Go Escapio cannot be held liable if this information is inaccurate, inadequate, outdated, or in violation of any laws, rules, regulations, or directives.
User's Responsibility:
Users are advised to carefully review the description of services and products before making a booking. Users agree to be bound by all conditions outlined in the booking confirmation or the confirmed booking voucher, which should be read in conjunction with the User Agreement.
If a User is making a booking on behalf of another person, it is the User's responsibility to inform that person of the terms of this Agreement, including all applicable rules and restrictions.
The User agrees to follow all procedures and guidelines, which may be updated periodically, related to the use of services provided through Go Escapio. Additionally, the User agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, orders, and directives issued by the Central Government, State Government, District Authorities, or any other statutory body concerning the use of services or individual transactions.
Services are offered on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Go Escapio reserves the right to modify the features or functionality of the services at its sole discretion without prior notice. Go Escapio disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or information, oral or written, obtained from Go Escapio or through the services will create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
The User also authorizes Go Escapio's representatives to contact them via phone, message, and email. This consent overrides any preferences set by the User in the national customer preference register (NCPR) or similar preference settings.
Use of Mobile Number and Communication Details by Go Escapio:
Go Escapio will send booking confirmations, itinerary details, cancellation notices, payment confirmations, refund status updates, schedule changes, and other relevant information related to the User's transaction or booking via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, email, or any other communication details provided by the User at the time of booking.
Go Escapio may also use these communication methods to follow up on pending or failed bookings, to understand the User's preferences for completing the booking, and to assist the User accordingly. The User hereby grants unconditional consent for Go Escapio to communicate via SMS, internet-based messaging applications like WhatsApp, voice call, email, or any other mode for the following purposes:
- At the User's request and with their authorization;
- 'Transactional' and not an 'unsolicited commercial communication' as per the guidelines of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), and
- In accordance with the relevant guidelines of TRAI and other applicable authorities in India and abroad.
The User agrees to indemnify Go Escapio for any losses or damages incurred due to actions taken by TRAI, Access Providers (as per TRAI regulations), or any other authority resulting from erroneous complaints made by the User regarding the communications mentioned above. This also includes situations where a wrong phone number or email address provided by the User leads to such actions.
General Terms:
- Go Escapio, as a reputable and responsible travel agency, strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about hotels, airlines, transportation, and railways. However, we advise all clients to make their own inquiries to prevent any misunderstandings or issues.
- Go Escapio is not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during travel.
- We are not liable for any delays or changes to your trip due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur while enjoying the holiday packages provided. It is your responsibility to ensure your own safety.
- Additionally, we are not liable for any human errors that may go unnoticed by clients or our staff.
Visa Guidelines:
- Please carry a valid visa for the country you will be visiting or transiting through.
- Please check with the concerned airline or embassy for all visa requirements.
